MANAGING DIRECTOR – ATTORNEY
Hamlet Dew Heneke
Hamlet Dew Heneke completed his Bachelor of Laws degree through the University of South Africa and later completed his legal practical training through the University of Cape Town under the auspices of Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D).
Hamlet has acquired various prizes such as being named the best legal adviser of the year for one of the companies he worked for. Hamlet also has vast experience in litigation having worked for various law firms in Cape Town focusing primarily on High Court Litigation.
Hamlet the founder of Heneke Attorneys Inc, is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, and has by effluxion of time acquired rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
JUNIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Motlhago Baartman
Motlhago Lolly Baartman obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Stellenbosch University in 2022. She went on to complete her two (2) years of practical vocational training (articles). During this period, she also successfully completed her structured legal training through the Law Society’s Legal Education and Development (LEAD) program. Motlhago is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Motlhago has extensive experience in personal injury law, with a strong passion for litigation. Her approach is rooted in professionalism and integrity, and she is deeply committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions. Known for her tenacity and attention to detail, Motlhago thrives in high-pressure environments and is driven by a passion for justice.
Motlhago enjoys connecting with nature, spending time outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with loved ones. She also has a keen interest in crime documentaries, which reflects her analytical mindset and fascination with the justice system.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Adeen Basson
Adeen Basson has completed her Office Administration course from 2013 – 2015 at Boland College Stellenbosch where she obtained her national certificate in Worcester 2015. She also received a distinction in Business Practice in the year 2013.
Adeen later completed her two (2) years of experience and practical work at Rivier Nuus as well as Baldric Farm as an admin assistant.
Adeen is very openminded and has a friendly personality that allows her to relate well to people. Adeen can co – operate activities, resources, people and time and will always make sure that she achieves the goals she has set for herself as well to put focus on targets that needs to be reached. She is also excessively curious and enjoys reading about criminal law
